1. Register during the contest period (01-24-11 thru 2-13-2012) by filling out an official entry form completely at a participating sponsor location.
2. No entries will be accepted by email, phone, and fax or at the KFTX Studios.
3. There is no limit on the number of times you may register, but only one entry per person per day, per location, is permitted or will be accepted each day.
4. Open only to legal residents of the state of Texas who are 18 years of age or older as of 02/01/2012.
5. Only one winner per family or address during this promotion is permitted.
6. Reservation restrictions may apply. Please check individual trip certificates for expiration dates, etc…
7. One winning name will be announced on the following date: Monday, February 13, 2012 during the Afternoon Broadcast with Amy Montez.  
8. Registration ends at 6pm on Sunday, February 12, 2011 at which time all registration forms will be collected from the sponsor locations.
9. Employees of  97.5 KFTX Real Country, and the “Promotional Participants” (i.e. sponsors and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers involved in this contest) and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. 
10. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
11. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
12. Not responsible for entries not received by the entry deadline, or for faulty, incorrect or illegible submissions.
13. No substitution of prize is permitted by winner nor is the transfer to another individual by a winner permitted.
14. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
15. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 
16. All materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsors and will not be returned.

20. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this contest or the acceptance or use of any prize. 
21. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the contest administrators. 
22. Sponsor and its Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering, or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the contest.
