Al Amin Shrine was charted in 1972. The Shrine Center has six Shrine Clubs through out South Texas. The Units range from the Clowns to Motorcycles to the Small Cars and many other units that are performing many services for the betterment of our community. One of the most critical and important units of the Al Amin Shrine Center is the Hospital Transportation Units in the Rio Grande Valley and Corpus Christi. It is through their efforts the children are transported to and from the hospitals in Houston and Galveston. It has had over the years a great history of serving the young Children of South Texas and Northern Mexico in taking them to the Hospitals for treatment.
