1. Register during the contest period (4/1/13 – 5/24/13) by filling out an official entry form at any of our sponsor locations.
2. There is no limit on the number of times you may register, but only one entry per person per day is permitted or will be accepted each day.
3. Open only to legal residents of the state of Texas who are 21 years of age or older as of 04/01/13.
4. Only one winner per family or address during this promotion is permitted.
5. Reservation restrictions may apply. Please check individual certificates for expiration dates, etc…
6. Two winning names will be announced on the following date: Friday, May 24, 2013.  
7. When a winning name is called out, the individual will be contacted as to when they can pick up tickets and reservations.
8. Employees of 97.5 KFTX Real Country, and the “Promotional Participants” including each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers involved in this contest and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. 
9. Prizes for event dated 5/31/13-6/1/13: 2 nights at a Hotel on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, 2 floor seats to George Strait, Cowboy Rides Away Tour stage concerts.
10. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 
11. Not responsible for entries not received by the entry deadline, or for faulty, incorrect or illegible submissions.
12. No substitution of prize is permitted by winner nor is the transfer to another individual by a winner permitted.
13. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
14. All materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsors and will not be returned.
15. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. 
16. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor, its Promotional Participants and their agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 
17. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor, its Promotional Participants, Agencies and Contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of use of prize. 
18. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this contest or the acceptance or use of any prize. 
19. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the contest administrators. 
20. Sponsor and its Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering, or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the contest.

The certificate for Lunch you will need to picked up from the Station Ofice and you can redeem it whitin 2 weeks at Pizza State, Enis Joslin and Ocean Drive, The winner is announced by Austin Daniels on Wednesday mornings during the 10 o'clock hour.

If the last call; didn't know the amount or guessed wrong, or doesn't answer, the amount goes UP. Know the amount and "it could be your money".
