Carly Pearce Announces New Album ‘Hummingbird,’ Shares Title Track

Carly Pearce recently released the title track of her fourth studio album Hummingbird and announced that the record will arrive on June 14th via Big Machine Records.

Pearce released “Hummingbird” with an accompanying music video.

“When I wrote this song, I knew I wanted this to be the title of the album. This song plays on my bluegrass roots but also lyrically tells the story of the journey I am on of finding love. This is the most unapologetically ‘Carly’ song I’ve ever written,” she says about the title track.

“I have lived a lot of life in the last few years. Entering a new decade has brought a lot of maturity, growth, heartache, and healing. I am still a work in progress, but these songs represent my honesty, playfulness, and openness to keep growing.” Pearce said about her inspirations for the Hummingbird record.

Pearce, Shane McAnally, and Josh Osborne co-produced the upcoming record, which also features the Grammy-nominated single “We Don’t Fight Anymore,” featuring Chris Stapleton.
