Elle King and Dierks Bentley recently released a music video for their new duet, “Worth A Shot.”
The wild west-themed visual, shot on location in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, sees Bentley playing the role of a man wanted by the law. King, who plays his wife, locates him in his favorite poker house but finds other people in town have already found him.
After convincing others to let Bentley go and allow her to punish him, she finds him making trouble once again. She then dresses up like a man and challenges people at the poker house to a drinking contest, aiming to save her husband from the townspeople.
The visual ends with the law looking for the couple after King knocks down the Sheriff who tried to arrest Bentley.
In a behind-the-scenes video posted on social media, Bentley reveals that the concept for the video was crafted by King. King’s husband Dan Tooker and son Lucky also appear in the video.
Ross Copperman and Shane McAnally wrote “Worth a Shot.” Stephen Kinigopoulos and Alexa Stone directed the visual.
King and Bentley previously teamed up for “Different for Girls” in 2016.
