Garth Brooks Teams Up With Ronnie Dunn On ‘Rodeo Man’

Country icon Garth Brooks has teamed up with fellow country superstar Ronnie Dunn for a brand new single, “Rodeo Man.”

“‘Rodeo Man’ came pretty innocently,” Brooks says of the new single. “Ronnie Dunn and I are texting buddies — we just kind of text back music every now and then. He sent me ‘Rodeo Man’ and I sent back one word. Just said, ‘Smash.'”

Brooks believes Dunn’s “might be one of the greatest voices to ever grace Country music.”

The track was co-written by Dunn and Phil O’Donnell and will feature on Brooks’ upcoming Time Traveler album, which went on sale exclusively at Bass Pro Shops on November 7.

Brooks previously three songs from the album, including “The Ship and the Bottle,” featuring Kelly Clarkson, “Me Without You,” and “The Ride.”

“All broke down and banged up, been laid up a couple weeks / Had my share of bad luck, hard falls and drawin’ deep / I’ll be back in no time, ladies, I gotta make Fort Worth / One buckle shy of Vegas or pawn shop hocking these spurs,” the lyrics go.
