Star couple Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani finally tied the knot on Saturday, July 4, at the country singer’s Tishomingo ranch in Oklahoma.
According to TMZ, citing the Johnston County Court Clerk, the couple applied for their marriage license in Shelton’s home state on Tuesday, June 29. Oklahoma law requires couples to wed within 10 days from the date they file for a marriage license.
Shelton and Stefani had announced their engagement in October of 2020, but had not revealed their wedding date. In an interview in March, Shelton said that he and Stefani would get married in the summer.
The couple have been dating since November 2015. Stefani has three children, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo, from her previous marriage to Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale. Stefani filed for divorce in August 2015 after 13 years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Shelton was previously married to Miranda Lambert for four years. The two divorced in July 2015.
