Jason Aldean‘s “Try That In A Small Town” has made its debut at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 amid controversy over the song and its video.
“Try That In A Small Town” earned the second spot on the chart dated July 29 with the biggest sales week for a country song in more than a decade.
“Try That in a Small Town” drew 11.6 million streams (up 547%), 7.3 million in radio airplay audience (up 17%) and sold 228,000 (up 27,625%) in the July 14-20 charting week, according to Luminate.
