Kenny Chesney Adds Third Show At Foxborough’s Gillette Stadium

Kenny Chesney has added a third show at Foxborough’s Gillette Stadium as part of his Sun Goes Down tour with Zac Brown Band.

The stadium concerts were originally scheduled for August 23 and 24, 2024. Promoters said that due to overwhelming demand for tickets, an additional show was added for August 25, making it a long weekend that starts Friday.

“Here I only put one show up, thinking maybe this was the year,” the “King of the Road” said in a press release. “Now here we are doing something we’ve never done: a third show at the home of the Patriots! There has always been something special about New England, this music and how we all come together. I can’t wait to spend an entire weekend in one place with all of No Shoes Nation.”

“If No Shoes Nation, the most passionate people in the world, aren’t 100% in, I want to meet them where they are. Well, they’ve spoken pretty loudly, so here we go, Gillette! Here’s to three nights in a row,” Chesney added. “What a way to close out what’s going to be a crazy, intense year of music, friends, memories and playing all night long.”

Megan Moroney and Uncle Kracker will join Chesney and Zac Brown Band as special guests for the Gillette Stadium shows.

The Sun Goes Down 2024 Tour, presented by Blue Chair Bay, will kick off at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, on April 20, 2024.
