Country superstar Shania Twain has released a deluxe edition of her 1997 classic Come on Over as part of Apple Music‘s holiday countdown from Apple Music With Love.
The deluxe edition Twain’s third studio album features a few star-studded duets and two live versions of her hit “You’re Still the One.” One version, which was recorded in Las Vegas earlier this year, features Coldplay‘s Chris Martin. Another featuring Elton John was recorded in Miami in 1999. The album also features a duet with the Jonas Brothers‘ Nick Jonas on “Party for Two,” recorded at Stagecoach in 2017.
Twain, who previously described John as one of her “big, big, big heroes,” also said her surprise performance with Martin was “a life dream realized!”
Twain shot to international fame through the success of Come on Over‘s 12 No. 1 country singles. The record remains the best-selling studio album by a female solo artist.
“25 years ago I released Come On Over… and because of your support, that album went on to become: The biggest-selling studio album by a female artist of all time, the best-selling country music album ever [and] the biggest-selling album by a Canadian country artist …Crazy,” Twain wrote earlier this month.
