Taylor Swift has extended her record for the most weeks as the top musical act in the United States to 71, as she topped the Billboard Artist 100 chart dated July 8.
The success of her latest album Midnights helped Swift continue her dominance on the chart.
Midnights, released in 2022, is ranked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200.
Nine of Swift’s albums are featured on the current edition of the chart, and three songs booked a place on the latest Billboard Hot 100.
Other notable news on the Billboard Artist 100 chart includes Kelly Clarkson‘s re-entry at No. 4 and Young Thug‘s return to the chart at No. 5.
The Artist 100 measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay and streaming to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.
