Taylor Swift has extended her record for the most weeks as the top musical act in the United States to 74, as she topped the Billboard Artist 100 chart dated July 29.
The success of her latest album Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) helped Swift retain her No. 1 position.
Including the chart-topper, eleven of Swift’s albums are featured on the current edition of the Billboard 200. Four of them are featured in the top 10.
This is the second consecutive week that Swift has landed 11 albums on the Billboard 200.
In addition, eight of Swift’s songs have earned a place on the latest Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Other notable news on the Billboard Artist 100 chart includes Jason Aldean‘s giant leap from No. 100 to No. 2. His controversial song “Try That In A Small Town” has made its debut at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The Artist 100 measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay and streaming to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.
