Billy Ray Cyrus‘s wife Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce from the legendary country musician, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Tish filed for divorce on April 6 in Williamson County, Tennessee, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
Tish also said in her filings that she and the “Achy Breaky Heart” star haven’t lived together in over two years. She asked the court to equally distribute all their marital assets.
Billy Ray and Tish got married in 1993 and are parents to five children, including superstar Miley Cyrus and pop singer-songwriter Noah Cyrus. Their other kids are Brandi, Trace and Braison.
The couple have twice filed for divorce previously. Billy Ray filed once in 2010 and Tish filed in 2013; both times, the split was short-lived.
