Country singer-songwriter Tyler Hubbard recently dropped a nostalgic new single, “Back Then Right Now.”
“I could use a little more wide open/ Back when all I wanted was the hand I was holdin’/ Livin in the moment with the good time crowd, makin’ life count/ Damn I could use a little more back then right now,” Hubbard sings in the chorus.
The track was co-produced by Hubbard alongside Jordan Schmidt, and it follows back-to-back No. 1 singles “5 Foot 9” and “Dancin’ In The Country.” Hubbard co-wrote the track with Jessie Jo Dillon, Geoff Warburton and David Garcia.
“Back Then Right Now” is Hubbard’s first new music since releasing his self-titled debut in January of this year.
“‘Back Then Right Now’ is all about livin in the moment and makin memories. Thanks for jammin with me on the road this summer and for singin along,” Hubbard wrote on social media announcing the new song.
