Miranda Lambert joined the newly crowned CMA Entertainer of the Year Lainey Wilson on stage at the Theater at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas last Friday (December 15), to debut a new song live.
A video, shot by a fan shows Lambert join Wilson to perform “Kerosene,” one of Miranda’s biggest hits. The stars then sang an unreleased song, likely to be titled “Good Horses.”
Lambert and Wilson co-wrote the new song. “This song is so, so special, and you can hear her all over it. She helped me write the song, and I’m so proud of the song, we hope you love it,” Wilson said.
“I don’t need a map, I don’t need a road / I don’t need a fence, I just need to know / If you want to love me, you don’t need a rope / You just need to know / I don’t need a compass, I don’t need a saddle / Let go of the reins baby, let me unravel / If you want to love me, you don’t need a rope / You just need to know / Good horses come home,” Miranda and Lainey sing together in the chorus.
